Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email. You’ll receive a password reset link.

Shipping within India is often free.

Currently, we don’t offer scheduled deliveries, but you can place your order in advance and track it to ensure timely arrival.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your order’s status in real-time until delivery.

• For online payments, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.
• For domestic orders (within India), we offer a 100% refund for returned products, provided the conditions are met.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued by cheque.

Keep the fragrances in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in humid environments like bathrooms, as it may affect longevity.

You can get the Discovery Sets where you can get all four masculine scents or all four feminine scents in smaller bottles of 10 ml.

Absolutely! Layering is a great way to create a unique signature scent. Many of our blends are designed to complement each other.

Yes, our 50 ml and 10 ml bottles are travel friendly. Ensure bottles are tightly closed before packing.
